Perform geomorphic assessment of existing stream channels to determine stability and restoration/enhancement designs for unstable stream channels using natural channel design techniques.
Design Stormwater Management systems for quantity and quality control through innovative Best Management Practices (BMPs) utilizing Low Impact Development and Environmentally Sensitive Design techniques.
Develop a long-term, sustainable program for adaptive management of water resources within a specific watershed to address regional water related issues including water quality and water quantity. Development of TMDLs.
Perform field assessments of existing ponds and stormwater BMPs to determine condition and make recommendations for repairs/retrofits.  Provide design of repairs and retrofits and needed.
Prepare and obtain environmental permits including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers under Sections 401 and 404 of the Clean Water Act, the State Environmental Policy Act, E&SC Control Act, FEMA, and all other required permits.
Prepare hydrologic and hydraulic studies to determine existing flooding risks and effects of proposed stormwater projects.
Provide storm drain system assessment and design
Prepare erosion and sediment control plans for stormwater related projects.
Provide on-site construction over-sight of stormwater related projects.
Prepare contract documents including construction plans, technical specifications, and construction cost estimate.  Assist with preparation and management of the contract bidding procedure.
